The app has been completely redesigned from the ground up, with a focus on giving IT freelancers instant access to the information and tools they use most: payslips, contracts, expense submissions, and direct communication with their dedicated account manager.

The new version introduces real-time notifications for payslip availability, contract milestones, and important compliance deadlines. Freelancers can now view their complete earnings history, download payslips as PDFs, and track their year-to-date tax and social contribution summaries — all from their phone.

Key Features of Version 2.0

The updated app includes several highly requested features. The new expense management module allows freelancers to photograph receipts, categorize expenses, and submit them for reimbursement in seconds. The contract dashboard provides a clear overview of current and past assignments, including key dates, client information, and daily rates.

A new document vault securely stores all employment-related documents, from contracts and payslips to tax certificates and insurance attestations. Freelancers can share documents directly with third parties — such as banks or landlords — through secure, time-limited links. The app supports all six languages in the Hightekers platform and automatically adapts to the user's preferred language setting.
